Instead of flat rates for shipping my web-shop now calculates shipping based on your location and the size of the hat you order.
I ship with UPS and their Ground rate is very affordable, but you can select 2-Day or even overnight shipping if you need to!
If there's a faster shipping option than the one you selected, and they cost about the same, I will pick the faster option.

Each hat is shipped surrounded by inflated plastic bags. These larger plastic bags help the hat to keep its shape during shipping without being crushed (as can happen with smaller packing bags or packing peanuts). They also have less of an ecological impact than other packing methods.
I have shipped hundreds of hats, with less than half of 1% of them arriving with any kind of shipping damage. On the very rare chance that it happens to you, keep these things in mind:
All hats are sent with shipping insurance, so you don't need to worry. If your hat arrives damaged take photos of the damage and get in touch with me as soon as you have those photos. Shipping insurance reimbursement is key to getting your hat repaired or replaced.
If the hat damage is minor I might be able to help you repair your hat right in your own home, saving you time and hassle.
If the hat damage is not minor, or if you are uncomfortable with attempting to fix your own hat (with my direct guidance), we will work together to get your hat replaced or sent back to my workshop for repairs.
